Scope of Supply

Why CNC Industries

Previous suppliers were unable to meet the required surface finish quality while maintaining competitive lead times. Components were being shipped between multiple companies for different manufacturing stages — CNC machining at one facility, laser cutting at another, folding elsewhere, then separate companies for anodising, fabrication, and powder coating. This multi-vendor approach resulted in extended lead times, increased handling damage, and surface imperfections. CNC Industries won this program because we deliver all services in-house from our Wetherill Park facility. Single-source manufacturing eliminates transit damage, reduces handling, and ensures consistent quality control from raw material to finished, coated component.
