Challenge

A medical device manufacturer required precision-machined aluminium housings for a diagnostic instrument. The components demanded exceptional surface finish (Ra 0.8 µm), tight geometric tolerances (±0.01mm), and comprehensive documentation for regulatory compliance. Full material traceability from raw stock to finished part was mandatory.
